    Through the entrance (covered by security-enhanced door), you find a living room combined with a kitchen and seating area which is the center of the living area. Access to the private garden from the living room and from the kitchen through big doors. A spacious bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. A beautiful wood staircase leads to the sleeping area on the first floor.
    The sleeping area consists of a parent bedroom with a French balcony, which let in the beautiful Como morning sun. The parent bedroom is equipped with a portable air-conditioner with an exit tube to the French balcony.
    The second sleeping room has been split into two separate sleeping rooms optimal for kids or guests sleeping over so the house can bed 6 persons in the sleeping area.
    Finally a spacious bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
    The certified autonomous gas heating and electrical implant guarantee a secure stay.
    Annual residence and pool maintenance fix costs approx. 1100 Euro.
